We had a great family ski trip at the Rockresort, thanks to its spacious apartments and excellent proximity to the ski lifts. The steam room in our apartment was a luxury that made our evenings blissful after a long day on the slopes. While it was overall enjoyable, we noticed the customer service could improve in clarity regarding what's included during the stay.
